Arise Wellness Center believes in the power of detox to aid the body in handling the negative impacts of toxins in our air, water, soil, food sources, household products, clothing, furniture, and the myriad of other ways we are exposed each day. We have a calming and peaceful foot spa room where you and a family member or friend can detox together and visit. If you come by yourself you will be able to listen to music and relax or read. Sessions are suitable for children and adults, with times varying depending on overall health, underlying medical conditions, age, and prior consistent use. Typical sessions are 15-30 minutes. Ongoing cleansing is imperative for the body to maintain optimal wellness. For chronic conditions, weekly usage is needed to assist the body in eliminating its toxic load.
We offer general detox foot spa sessions and frequency specific detox foot sessions that target individual health needs/concerns. Frequency specific detox foot spa sessions are included in our Frequency Therapy but can be booked apart from Frequency Therapy Packages. Depending on the wellness need, some frequency detox foot spa sessions will run longer than general sessions and will be priced differently. Please contact us for details if you are interested in frequency specific foot spa therapy.
Detox foot spa sessions are a powerful tool to aid in overall wellness and as such there are certain individuals and conditions that are not recommended to utilize this specific detox therapy.
• Wearers of a pacemaker, or any other battery operated or electrical implant.
• Pregnant or nursing women. Toxin elimination should be initiated prior to conception for
the healthiest pregnancy
• Those on heartbeat regulating medication and/or blood thinners.
• Organ transplant recipients.
• Those on medication, the absence of which would cause mental or physical impairment,
such as psychotic episodes, seizures, etc.
You should bring a water bottle and are encouraged to drink plenty of water following your detox foot spa session. Binders are encouraged to help toxins safely exit the body and not recirculate. Arise Wellness keeps a variety of binders/supplements and homeopathics in stock to help with detoxification. DesBio ToxAffix is recommended with all detox sessions. Healthy individuals can expect to feel lighter and to experience a greater sense of well-being from each session. Indvidual's with higher toxic loads may feel tired after a session or angry, panicky, etc. If this occurs, space your sessions further apart and/or for shorter periods of time. Fatigue indicates overstress, and emotional upheaval indicates emotional toxins are being released along with chemical toxins.

Everything is more fun when you are with friends! Our 2 hour detox parties can be tailored to your group of 3-6 people and include the following:

For larger groups, off site parties can be accommodated. Detox parties can ONLY be scheduled by contacting the office directly.
