For those, that are not kitchen connoisseurs, Coach Freeman can assist you in learning what single herbs and herb blends best suits your individual energetic constitution and how to incorporate them in your wellness journey. There are some very simple herbs and recipes that are wonderful to have on hand for various illness and emergences that are simple to make even for those who don't love cooking! From simple teas for sore throats to foot rubs for congestion to spices for meats/chicken, food as thy medicine can become easier to navigate. Arise Wellness utilizes organic herbs/spices/salts to make potent wellness tinctures to help keep you and your family healthy. Our Sacred Syrup is a special cold/flu blend that takes 6 weeks to complete and is available to purchase in office. Arise Wellness also handcrafts organic detox tea baths and detox salt baths that can be customized for specific health needs. We organically grow some of our plants/herbs on our 2.5 acre office farm and other herbs are sourced from certified organic herb companies.
